Sensory profile: Straw yellow of varying intensity

The name recalls how the grapes and its wine were the favourite on the noble tables of the Roero family, while the “blond” reflections of the bunch evoke the brightness of the Ligurian sun and sky.
Indeed, the vine has common origins with Vermentino and arrived in Roero along the oil and salt routes. 
The bouquet is enveloping, delicate, and citrus, lime blossom and exotic fruit can be perceived.
On the palate it is fresh, graceful, with final notes of hay.
