WINE CELLAR
More than 5,000 square metres descending to a depth of 28 metres under the hill, divided into ageing areas, barrique cellars, tasting rooms, storerooms and crutins carved by hand into the bare rock.
Cascina Chicco's new wine cellar is a unique and cosy place, where technology and tradition live side by side in a spectacular underground environment with terracotta bricks and outcropping chalk crystals. A tribute to the extraordinary land of the Roero and its wines.

We are always happy to welcome guests who decide to visit us in the cellar. The commercial occasion turns into an experience, the names become faces and the bottles begin to tell their story.”
Our new tasting room, renovated to welcome wine tourists and to offer
personalised tastings, keeps the history of the company: the marble
counter is the same one that Ernesto and Federico Faccenda used in the
family delicatessen.
From the tasting room, one can descend to visit the cellar or enter the
large reception room for large groups and events.
