Ageing: 36 months in bottle on its own yeasts at 12° - 13°C
Sensory profile: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Produced from the main grape variety of our region with a dégorgement zéro dosage. The perlage is exceptionally fine and its fresh aroma is reminiscent of bread crust yeast. On the palate, it is very fresh, dryand persistent. It is perfect as an aperitivo or with 
fish, vegetable and white meat dishes.
