Colour: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
In the vinification process, the concept of maceration between the peel and the must is also applied for a white wine. Plus, all operations are carried out under cold conditions. The bouquet is very intense and persistent with hints of apricot and apple, and final notes of chamomile.
On the palate, the wine is savoury, with good structure and a fresh acidic vein.
