Colour: Pale pink, powdery.
Every year, with the first full moon of the spring equinox, known as the pink moon, we present our Rosè.
It has a fruity bouquet with notes of currant and white peach.
It has a fresh flavour with lively, present but balanced acidity reminiscent of the Nebbiolo sapidity.
It pairs perfectly with fresh cheese and vegetable-based aperitifs. Perfect with fish first courses and rice salads, or with grilled fish.
