VENDEMMIA TARDIVA

The name indicates one of the athletic gestures of the “Balon”, the most traditional sport around these slopes. The Arcass, the “ricaccio”, expresses the indomitable peasant pride, capable of striking back, blow after blow, at every difficulty.

Colour: Brilliant golden yellow

Obtained from grapes harvested late and left to dry on racks until Christmas.
After pressing, it ferments in oak barrels where it rests for at least a year.
It presents itself with a splendid bright golden yellow colour.
On the nose, it indulges by releasing delicious and clear scents, with an aromatic prevalence of dried figs, dates, acacia honey and citrus fruits.
Harmoniously sweet and fresh on the palate.
Perfect with blue or very mature cheeses.
Excellent with chocolate, hazelnut cake and dried fruit.
