As befits our constant search for innovation and perfection, we began a new, important adventure in 2007 that strengthens our already deep roots to the earth.

After a long and attentive evaluation of the territory and years of study on Nebbiolo grapes of the Langhe and Roero, we purchased a five-hectare plot in Monforte d'Alba in the heart of the Barolo production zone.

This land is part of an exclusive property in the Ginestra cru, one of the most important plots of the "King of wines" whose grapes are sold at relatively higher prices on the market. We were inspired by the importance of this zone and our respect for the cru and its centuries-old history to produce a wine that celebrates this terroir. It is made from historical vineyards with a low yield, traditional fermentation with auctoctonous yeast, and a long maceration of 40 days.

By vinifying the grapes in this careful manner, we make a wine we are very proud of: the Barolo Rocche di Castelletto DOCG.
